The factory intercooler on the Bronco Raptor is known to suffer from heat soak, decreasing the SUV's power and performance. The billet aluminum, TIG welded assembly mounts in the factory location but provides a 53% greater volume, resulting in a 23% increase in cooling efficiency. No cutting, trimming, or other modifications are needed to install this intercooler.
